dc.description.abstractThis study mainly aims to identify factors that affect different types of dengue infections. Information about 5059 dengue patients reported at 15 districts in Sri Lanka during the period of 2006-2008 was utilized for this purpose. Results indicate that there is an impact from the clustering variable, district and from demographic variables, Age, Sex; health and laboratory variables, Platelet count, Survival time and Packed Cell Volume; Climatological parameters, rainfall, temperature, humidity and their lagsen_US
