Outcome of an educational intervention for improving the quality of documentation in the admission sheets at general hospital Kalutara

Abstract

The objective of the study was to plan, develop, implement and to assess the outcome of an educational intervention for improving the quality of documentation in the admission sheet of bed head tickets (BHTT) at general Hospital Kalutara (GH Kalutara). This approach of educational intervention was effective in improving the quality of documentation in admission sheet of BHTT. Hence it is recommended that coducting periodic educational interventions of this nature will imporve the quality of documentation in the admission sheet of BHTT.
