Environmental evaluation of lead, sulphur dioxide and noise levels at selected sites in Colombo

Abstract

Three sites in colombo municipal limits were taken to evaluate Lead, sulphur dioxide and Noise levels. ~ , Analysis of the pollutants were made at occupational Hygiene Laboratory at Jawatta and the concentration of the above environmental pollutants were noted.The values of the three pollutants are below standard levels and thus the concentrations of these pollutants are not hazardous to the occupants in the three sites.
