dc.description.abstract Child right declaration has based on human right declaration. This document recover the mental physical and social competencies of children Preliminary task of the school is their learning to be. The school should provide the equal educational opportunities of education when the providing the equal education should not dived children in to various social groups. All the children do not obtain the primary education when providing education for all. In Sri Lanka 10% of primary stage children do not enter the school. All the schools if do not remain all the children in the schools lose the children's rights. School leavers in G.C.E. (O/L) and A/L weakness of school management, Law income families, irrelevant of school curriculum, weakness of the teachers, disabled children in the classroom are influenced to the lose of children's rights. en_US
