Abstract: Trees are one beautiful creation of which has a very complex structure. However it can be seen that this complex structure is build as a combination of thousands of basic structures. Therefore trees can be defined in mathematical terms as an algorithmic structure. Several models have been formed to describe the structure of trees. They use different approaches to define trees and most of those models could be used to model limited number of tree geometries. In this paper, one such basic geometry, which describes the structure of trees with bifurcation branching geometry, has been employed to simulate natural trees. By applying modifications to the model in order to introduce environmental effects through known physics models, the behavior of trees under the influence of the environment has also being studied and presented.
